TERM AND CONDITIONS
Detailed below are the terms of the agreement between you and the owners.
Please read this information carefully. The party leader (Who must be over 18 years of age) signs the booking form on behalf of the entire party and this contract comes into effect on the date shown on the acknowledgement and confirmation issued by us.
Please note that we do not send reminders and failure to pay the full holiday cost when due may result in our treating the booking as cancelled by you.
At no time must the number of people staying at the property exceed the maximum number allowed.
To reserve the property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the non-refundable 20% deposit. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit the owner will send confirmation of the booking.
The balance of the total payable must be paid at least 8 weeks before the beginning of the hire period. When bookings are made 8 weeks or less in advance the whole of the hire charge must be paid on booking.
Bookings normally run from 4pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday
A security deposit of £150.00 is to be paid with the final balance to be held against any breakages or damages. The deposit is returnable within one month of the end of the hire period subject to any necessary deductions for damages, telephone charges, or extras not paid for separately.
Hirers are expected to leave the property clean and tidy. This should include tidying, washing up, cleaning of the shower, hand basins and WC and the removal of rubbish.
Use of the Swimming Pool is entirely the responsibility of the hirer. The owner accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring in connection with the pool. The hirer agrees to take all precautions necessary to ensure the safety of them self and the other members of their party and to avoid all dangerous activities in the vicinity of the pool. The pool is up to 2 metres deep and it is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that minors are supervised at all times.
The pool is of a liner construction and great care must be taken to avoid damage. Glassware or crockery must not be used in the vicinity of the pool. The Hirer will be liable for any damage to the liner caused by reckless or willful action.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the description of the property and nearby facilities is accurate, however the owners cannot accept any liability for any changes. The conditions in rural France are often different to the UK and the owners cannot be held responsible for any technical problems, nor can they be responsible for animals, birds or insects present in or around the property. The owners will make all best efforts to rectify any technical problems reported to them.
Under no circumstances shall the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owners for the rental period.
